The Owners Story
Crisp Connection was founded by Rob Crisp, a seasoned sales professional with a passion for solving complex business challenges. After years of building his network in the Netherlands, Rob returned to the UK, ready to bring his expertise to a broader range of companies. With a desire to tackle recurring problems in sales and marketing—such as misalignment, unclear goals, and underdeveloped teams—Rob launched Crisp Connection to help businesses overcome these hurdles with confidence.
The consultancy is built on Rob’s belief that success begins with clarity and collaboration. Crisp Connection’s approach is defined by three core principles: Definement, Alignment, and Execution. History
Rob Crisp was born in England in 1992, he has spent over a decade working in sales across industries, from kitchens and insurance to cutting-edge software platforms. His expertise includes rental software, automation tools, learning platforms, and AI solutions. Rob is passionate about working with people, helping them achieve their goals, and witnessing those pivotal "A-ha" moments when everything clicks.
Outside of work, Rob enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time in Switzerland—his favorite destination. He also loves animals and brings a spirit of curiosity and connection to every aspect of his life and work.
