Processes customer payments. Crisp Connection does not receive or store full payment-card details.

OpenAI ChatGPT Sites

Hosts and operates this website.

We may also disclose information when required by law, or to professional advisers where reasonably necessary. We do not sell personal information.

Our providers may process information in Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, the United States and other countries in which they operate. Where required, international transfers are protected through recognised adequacy decisions or contractual safeguards used by the relevant provider.

Enquiry information that does not lead to work is normally kept for up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact. Customer and project information is kept for the duration of the relationship and afterwards where reasonably needed for support, disputes, accounting or legal obligations.

We review records periodically and delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed. Our service providers may retain limited records for their own legal, security and operational requirements.

Crisp Connection does not currently add advertising or marketing trackers to this website. The hosting and form services may process essential technical information needed to deliver, secure and understand the use of their services.
